During registration and the verification process, a National ID card or other government-issued document may be required as proof of age. If betbet has doubts about a member's age, the account may be temporarily suspended until proof is provided.

To participate on this platform, members must bet using their own funds. Betting on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is prohibited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory on betbet. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete. Certain benefits, including birthday rewards, are reserved for verified members.

Withdrawal Rules

betbet's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General conditions for using bonuses

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and expiry period, which will be communicated at the time of claiming.
• While a bonus is active, only bets placed using the bonus funds will count toward wagering.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash under any circumstances — winnings can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements are fully met.

It is our commitment to maintain an honest and fair environment for all members on the betbet platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Creating artificial betting patterns for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to participate in games or betting.
• Stealing another member's information or conducting transactions through fraud.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or disrespecting betbet staff.

If such behaviour is proven, betbet may permanently close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

betbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information or failing to cooperate with the verification process.
• Engaging in the prohibited behaviours listed in Section 7.
• Violating the age limit requirement.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members who wish to close their own account may contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. Before closing, please withdraw all valid balances through the designated process.
